“ Wow! What a gem in the southeast part of the Salt Lake valley. We had two versions of filet mignon, both excellent in flavor and presentation. Octopus starter was tender and tasty. We've done outside dining on the patio before, but inside was a nice surprise... intimate and lovely dining areas. This is the place to go for special celebrations! ”

“ Been coming here for a few years and I love to bring family and friends, this time it was just me and my wife, to celebrate my birthday. Normally we stick to the same kind of drinks from beginning to end but Caipirinhas were not the greatest this time, but since the restaurant was really busy with large groups we decided to switch to a bottle of wine. We had the Pork Belly with Scallops and Octopus for appetizers, both were incredibly well done and pleasant to the palate. For Entries we had Gaucho Steak and Steak and Crab. They came at the right temperature, perfectly seasoned and impeccably presented as always. One of the reasons I like coming to Charleston is that I constantly observe Chef Marco going out of his way to connect and find common ground with his guests. I have always taken nothing but good memories home from Charleston. ”

“ This place is absolutely incredible. We had our hesitations at first but we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Our waiter, Nathan, was amazing and had us laughing in several occasions. Overall he made us very comfortable and made sure we always had what we needed, one of the best waiters I've ever had at any restaurant. The food was delicious (melt in your mouth steaks) and the presentation was very nice. The scenery inside and outside is very warm and welcoming. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who hasn't tried it yet, we'll definitely be back for their brunch soon. ”

“ Great atmosphere and experience. We both ordered French onion soup for our appetizer which was some of the best soup Ive ever had. For our main course I went with the steak crab with asparagus and my boyfriend ordered the ribeye with asparagus and mash potato. The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was phenomenal . We can’t believe we haven’t been here before with it being in the heart of Draper. We can’t wait to go back and next time we want to make sure we save room for dessert. ”

“ Good was amazing, delightful. When my wife and I, we were the only individuals there besides the staff. It’s was a nice pace for appetizers, main entrees. I had the rib eye and she had the salmon both had amazing flavor and not over cooked and both melted like flavor as we ate. The dessert we had the apple crisp and it was nice and hot within and warm crispy exterior. When we arrived they read the notes we put in the system and were aware. The atmosphere was light and felt welcoming. Definitely felt under dressed with business casual. This is a place my wife and I will be coming back to as long as they are there. ”

“ We LOVE Charleston Draper! It's the perfect special occasion place. The food is always good, interesting, great wine menu, good desserts. My hubs had the Porterhouse Special, which wasn't on the menu, but, at 115.00, I wish the server had given the price. I ordered the 7 Oz filet mignon, cooked to perfection. We started with the Baked Brie appetizer and prosecco, then a Malbec and Italian Barolo with dinner. We finished with the Grand Marnier flan. Exquisite! The team is exceptionally good and they make the evening perfect. We sat outdoors and everything was twinkly and gorgeous. ”
